CONSTITUENT DECREES

The National Constituent Assembly issued the Constituent Decrees mentioned below and published in Official Gazette No. 6.507 Extraordinary of January 29, 2020.

i) Constituent Decree whereby the Tax Organic Code is issued.

ii) Constituent Decree That Amends the Decree with the Status, Value, and Force of Organic Customs Law.

iii) Constituent Decree that Partially Amends the Decree with the Status, Value, and Force of Law that Establishes the Value Added Tax.
