We also have been involved in different kinds of negotiations and operations in local and international capital markets, including public placement and offering of stocks, bonds, commercial papers, ADR’s and other securities, mutual funds, as well as in public tender offers. We have experience in assisting issuers, underwriters, investment bankers and financial advisors, and also in dealing with the National Superintendency of Securities.
