EXTENSION OF THE STATE OF NATIONAL ALARM EMERGENCY TO ATTEND TO THE CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 SANITARY EMERGENCY

Presidential Decree No. 4.186 was published in Official Gazette No. 6.528 Extraordinary of April 12, 2020. Said Decree extends for thirty (30) days the State of Alarm Emergency in all of the national territory, given that the exceptional, extraordinary, and circumstantial situation that gave rise to the declaration of said State of Emergency on March 13, 2020 still exists.

Therefore, the measures contained in Presidential Decree No. 4.160, published in Official Gazette No. 6.519 Extraordinary of March 13, 2020, continue to be in force.

The Decree became effective as from April 12, 2020.
