EXTENSION OF STATE OF EMERGENCY OF NATIONAL ALARM TO ATTEND TO THE CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 SANITARY EMERGENCY

Presidential Decree No. 4.230 was published in Official Gazette No. 6.542 Extraordinary of June 11, 2020. Said Decree extends for thirty (30) days the State of Emergency of Alarm in all of the national territory, given that the exceptional, extraordinary, and circumstantial situation that gave rise to the declaration of said State of Emergency on May 12, 2020 continues to exist.

Therefore, the measures contained in Presidential Decree No. 4.198, published in Official Gazette No. 6.535 Extraordinary of May 12, 2020, continue to be in force.

The Decree entered into force as from June 11, 2020.
