EXTENSION OF THE STATE OF EMERGENCY OF NATIONAL ALARM TO ATTEND TO THE CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 SANITARY EMERGENCY

Presidential Decree No. 4.260 was published in Official Gazette No. 6.560 Extraordinary of August 8, 2020.

Said Decree extends for thirty (30) days the State of Emergency of Alarm in all of the National Territory, given that the exceptional, extraordinary, and circumstantial situation that gave rise to the declaration of said State of Emergency on July 10, 2020 still subsists.

Therefore, the measures contained in Presidential Decree No. 4.247, published in Official Gazette No. 6.554 Extraordinary of July 10, 2020 continue to be in effect.

The Decree became effective on August 8, 2020.
