EXTENSION OF THE PERIOD OF TIME OF THE DECREE OF STATE OF EMERGENCY (INCLUDING ECONOMIC EMERGENCY)

Decree No. 4.440 of February 23, 2021, issued by the Presidency of the Republic, was published in Official Gazette No. 6.615 Extraordinary of the same date. Said Decree extends for sixty (60) days the period of time established in Decree No. 4.396, dated December 26, 2020 and published in Official Gazette No. 6.606 Extraordinary of the same date, through which the State of Emergency (including Economic Emergency) was declared in all of the national territory.

The Decree became effective upon publication of the same in the Official Gazette.
