Since the beginning of the Firm, we have served as legal counsel for insurance and reinsurance companies in all matters regarding applicable insurance legislation, the insurance regulatory agency and the application and interpretation of insurance policies.

We have also advised foreign reinsurance companies in obtaining their corresponding registration with the Registry of Reinsurers carried by the insurance regulatory agency and in the annual renewal process of such registration.
