SUNDDE fixes period of time for registration with RUPDAE
Ruling No. 053/2014, issued by the National Superintendence for the Defense of Socioeconomic Rights (Superintendencia Nacional para la Defensa de los Derechos Socioeconómicos - “SUNDDE”), was published in Official Gazette No. 40,511 of October 3, 2014. Said Ruling establishes a period of thirty (30) business days after the publication of the Ruling for the phase of registration of the individuals/entities subject to the application of the Ruling with the Single Registry of Individuals that Develop Economic Activities (Registro Único de Personas que Desarrollan Actividades Económicas - “RUPDAE”).
Article 4 of the Ruling provides that SUNDDE may activate new modules in subsequent phases, in order to allow the constitution of a System of Continuous Adaptation of Fair Prices. In such case, the corresponding periods of time will be established.
The Ruling became effective as from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
