Partial Amendment to Resolution that established the RNEE and the Labor Clearance Certificate
Resolution No. 8,100, issued by the Ministry of the Popular Power for Labor and Social Security, was published in Official Gazette No. 40,064, dated December 4, 2012. The Resolution partially amended article 10 of Resolution No. 4,524, in which the ambit and period of effectiveness of the Labor Clearance Certificate is established, with the purpose of providing that “the company must request the issue of the Labor Clearance Certificate in order to enter into contracts or agreements with any agency, entity, or State-owned company and it shall be valid for one (1) year after the date of its issuance, in all of the national territory (…).”
Resolution No. 8,100 became effective upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
