New Electronic INCES Clearance Certificate

Ruling No. P-2014-07-154, issued by the National Institute of Socialist Training and Education (“INCES”), was published in Official Gazette No. 40,466, dated August 1, 2014.  The Ruling establishes the implementation of a Temporary Clearance Certificate that will be valid for an inextensible period of six (6) months.  The Temporary Clearance Certificate will be effective and have legal effects as of the publication of the Ruling in the Official Gazette. The most significant aspects of the Ruling are the following:

 

- The electronic clearance certificate will allow the contributors to consult and download their electronically signed certificates.

- The certificate will be valid for three (3) months.

- For the issuance of the certificate, the Public Administration will previously perform a tax review of the compliance with the duties and obligations that are pending for compliance before the administrative authorities.

- Each clearance certificate will have a single security code that will be obtained via the web page www.inces.gob.ve.

 

The Ruling became effective as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
