April 10, 11, and 12, 2017 – Non-working days for the public sector
Through Decree No. 2.798, published in Official Gazette No. 41.129 of April 5, 2017 (the “Decree”), April 10, 11, and 12, 2017 were declared as non-working days. They will have the character of national holidays in the sense of the Decree with the Status, Value, and Force of Organic Law on Labor and Workers.
The character of non-working days will apply only for the workers of the public sector.
The Decree will become effective upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
