Requirements for registration or renewal with the National Registry of Contractors
Ruling No. DG/2014/A-0123, issued by the National Service of Contracting (Servicio Nacional de Contrataciones - “SNC”), was published in Official Gazette No. 40,519 of October 15, 2014. The Ruling orders the publication in the web page of the SNC (www.snc.gob.ve) of the legal, technical and financial requirements that natural persons and legal entities must file in order to obtain the registration or renewal with the National Registry of Contractors (Registro Nacional de Contratistas - “RNC”). The aforementioned requirements must be published in the web page of the SNC as from October 15, 2014.
The instructions and manuals for loading data and filing digital information with the SNC will also be published in the web page of the SNC, establishing the means or support to be used in order to file the documentation in digital or physical format.
Administrative Ruling No. DG/2013/A-0199 dated June 27, 2013, was repealed.
The Ruling became effective as from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
